Changes to Repeat Prescription Ordering 

We are currently upgrading our prescription ordering service to enable patients to check their current medication, order prescriptions and track the progress of their request via a secure online link from our website.

What do I need to do now?....

If you have log-in details for our online appointment booking, then nothing at all; just log-in and choose the repeat prescription option.  If you haven’t signed up, please pop into Reception and register.  Registration is simple and only takes a few minutes.  You will then have access to both appointment booking and prescription ordering, together with the option to update your contact details.

If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact the Reception team, who will be happy to help you.  Please remember that all prescription requests take 48 hours to process before they are ready for collection, and 72 hours if a pharmacy is collecting on your behalf.

We will be running both the old and new system for ordering repeat prescriptions alongside each other for 3 months, to give all patients sufficient time to set up their unique log-in account.
