If you need a medical certificate for a new problem, you should make an appointment to see a Doctor. If you need to renew an existing one, you can do so by telephoning the Practice and speaking to a Receptionist. You will need to give exact details of the dates to be covered. In some circumstances you may be asked by the Doctor to make an appointment before this can be done.
