Order a Repeat Prescription
The Practice can only accept repeat
prescription requests in writing:

- On-line:
Old System
(temporary)
- By filling in a form at the
Practice
- By using the right-hand side of
your previous prescription
Please allow 48 hours from receipt of
your request before collecting your
prescription. Please inform us if a
pharmacist is collecting on your behalf.
If so, you should allow 72 hours from
ordering for the prescription to arrive
at the chemist.
In some circumstances it may be
necessary to see a Doctor before another
prescription can be issued. Please
check your review date on the right-hand
side of your prescription.
Please note that it is not
possible to order a repeat prescription
for the contraceptive pill – you will
need to make an appointment to see one
of the Practice Nurses.
It is the patient’s
responsibility to ensure that all
prescriptions are ordered in plenty of
time and we appreciate your support in
this.
