Research

At Pembroke Road we are committed to research. We get involved in research studies organised by the Primary Care Research Network (PCRN) and the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR). All research studies have been approved by a local NHS Research Ethics Committee.

By getting involved in research we assist in the development of the evidence base used to inform the prevention, diagnosis and management of illness in primary care.  We work with researchers to help with the recruitment of patients into high quality studies adopted by the PCRN.    We will never involve you in a research project without your permission, nor disclose personal information about you without your consent.
