is your responsibility to plan ahead and
ensure there is enough time before your
departure to complete courses of
vaccinations if required.

and arrange an appointment via Reception
to see one of the Practice Nurses.
We are a Yellow Fever Centre and can
provide information on and courses of,
many of the immunisations required and
malaria prophylaxis for your exciting
and exotic travels.
Please note not all required
vaccinations are available on the NHS
and some will incur a charge.
Please speak to a member of staff for
clarification.
