Because of the worsening Covid-19 outbreak, we are suspending with immediate effect all GP face to face appointments at the surgery. Instead, we will be offering telephone only appointments. The doctor or nurse practitioner will try to deal with your problem by telephone if at all possible and will arrange a face to face appointment if required.

We are suspending some of our routine nursing appointments. Patients wishing to book appointments with the nursing team should phone the surgery on 0117 973 3790 to speak with a member of our reception team.

In order to limit the spread of this infection please avoid walking directly into the surgery. If you have fever or cough please see the online NHS guidance on the management of symptoms.  Please see the links below for more guidance.

Prescription requests and registration applications must now only be submitted through our website. Please do not come into the surgery.

This is a fast-changing situation and we appreciate your patience and cooperation while GP services across the country adapt to this pandemic.

The NHS in Bristol and Public Health England (PHE) are extremely well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases. The NHS has put in place measures to ensure the safety of all patients and NHS staff while also ensuring services are available to the public as normal.
