Phlebotomist

We are looking for a phlebotomist to work within our team over late afternoon shifts 3 days a week, 16:30 – 19:00

No experience necessary as full training can be given (some of this within normal working hours)

Salary around £9.54 per hour depending on experience. NHS Pension 6 wks holiday inc BH allowance. Uniform provided, a lovely working environment and friendly team awaits.

Patient Coordinator

 

We are looking to recruit a Patient Coordinator to join our friendly Reception team. The surgery can offer an attractive benefits package to the right candidate including NHS pension. Your attitude is more important than your background, although some experience of face-to-face customer service would be beneficial. Training is available to those looking to increase their skill levels; however a high level of computer literacy at the outset is important. Flexibility, commitment and a positive approach are essential.

You will:

  • provide a high standard of service to assist patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional within the Practice.
  • work as a member of the Reception Team to ensure the smooth running of Reception, whilst taking a proactive role in maintaining an efficient and effective service to all patients.
  • act as a central point of communication and liaison with other members of the Practice team.
  • ensure administrative and clerical duties within the Practice are carried out in line with Practice guidelines and policies.
  • work closely, and under the direction of the Management Team to improve standards across a wide range of administrative activity

Hours: 36 hours per week over 4 days (including evenings and occasional weekends)

Salary: £9.54 per hour
