Changes to Appointment System during the Covid-19 Outbreak
The doctor or nurse practitioner will deal with your problem by telephone if at all possible and will arrange a face to face appointment if required.
We have suspended all of our routine nursing appointments including non-essential blood tests. Patients wishing to book essential appointments with the nursing team should contact the surgery to speak with a member of our reception team.
In order to limit the spread of this infection we are controlling the access at the surgery. Only patients who have spoken to a clinician and been asked to come in will be given entry.
If you have fever or cough please see the online NHS guidance on the management of symptoms. There is a link to this guidance on our website where there is also information on prescription ordering, new registrations and other general enquiries.
Please respect the government guidance on social isolation in order to control the spread of this infection. Individuals who are identified as being at a higher risk will receive information and guidance separately.
